This is a membership-only investors group launched by New Ventures Realty Inc, to provide information on and help facilitate the purchase, lease or sale of residential and commercial properties for investment purposes. Our operations are spread worldwide. We get thousands of enquiries every day seeking information about exciting real estate opportunities in Canada. It is not possible for us to differentiate between casual and serious enquiries. While we may be spending time on the first category, we may not be giving good service to our potential customers. Therefore, in order to work only with serious clients, we have formed the NVR Elite Group of Investors (EGI). There is a small yearly membership of US$100 to cover a portion of our administrative costs. Yes, there are several properties on the Internet and it is like a jungle. Is it better to walk through a jungle all alone or take a guide? Once you become a member, you are our VIP client. We give you personalized service and send you details of only those properties which are of interest to you and which suit your budget.
We send out our Elite Group confidential e-report every two weeks. This report, delivered to your email, lists properties that match the requirements you provide in your membership form, as well as other tips and information that you might find useful. We will help you every step of the way, including help with arranging mortgages and completing necessary paperwork, and eventually selling the property whenever you choose to. Everything is done legally and transparently, and agreements are signed to protect your rights in every transaction. How can I trust New Ventures Realty Inc.? We advise and encourage all investors to see and inspect properties before purchase. What if I do not pay you, will you still provide me with your service? We would love to serve you, but feel that if someone cannot come up with just US$100, it may be a waste of time for such a client. Therefore, we would like to spend our quality time with quality customers as those are the ones who wish to be our members. If I become a member, would I get any other services besides receiving the property information? Yes, in addition to the property info, we will also help you to arrange suitable accommodation if you arrive here as a visitor or as an immigrant. We will help you with rental accommodation and if you buy a home within 5 years of arrival in Canada, you will get a refund of your membership fee of up to US$500. How secure is my payment transaction over the Internet? Very secure. We accept payment through PayPal, which has the industry's most-advanced encryption, fraud prevention, and Buyer and Seller Protection Policies. If I wish to visit Canada on a business trip, can you help in getting me a visa? Yes, once you are a member, we will recommend your case for the grant of a speedy business visa. Once I buy a property in Canada, who will look after it if I am not living in Canada? We will introduce you to our property management staff, who will gladly look after your property. If I buy a property in Canada, does it help me to get immigration to Canada? Any investment in Canada strengthens your case for immigration as you can readily prove your net worth by showing your equity in Canadian Real Estate. Is there any additional fee for foreign investors when buying or selling real estate in Canada? There is no additional fee to a foreign investor when buying. However, there is an additional land transfer tax when selling. However if at the time of selling, you become a Canadian immigrant or citizen, then there is no additional fee.
