When the company was established in 1990, it had only five salespersons. Since then, it has grown enormously to become one of the largest real estate companies in Canada. The New Ventures headquarters is in Mississauga, a dynamic growth area in the greater Toronto region. Two other offices - one in Mississauga East, the other in Scarborough - have been opened to meet the needs of our rapidly growing client base. New Ventures specializes in meeting the requirements of its clientele, especially Canadians of Asian origin. We are a one-stop centre for the complete spectrum of real estate services when you wish to buy or sell properties in Canada or India. We take great pride in the fact that most of our new business is through returning clients or referrals from existing customers. This is the biggest testimonial to the quality of our services.
The Broker: New Ventures Realty Inc. President and Real Estate Broker Kul Singh is responsible for the company’s operations. A postgraduate from Defence Services Staff College in Wellington, India, Kul immigrated to Canada many years ago. Although eligible and fully qualified for higher promotions in the Indian Army, he took premature retirement to spend more time with his family.
Our Team: Our relationship with the public is based on Trust, Service, Knowledge and Integrity. We have an excellent team of real estate professionals who are qualified members of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), and through this, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). We have a very experienced, highly dedicated core of members, and as a dynamic company, we are constantly adding talented real estate professionals to our team.
